1. Login to your Namecheap account.

  2. Go to Domain List and select your domain you want to connect.

  3. Navigate to Advanced DNS tab

  4. Add

    1. Type: CNAME Record
    2. Host: @
    3. Value: yourusername.peerlist.site You can confirm it here.

Next, if you’re connecting your apex/main/root domain then follow the next step. If you’re connecting subdomain then you’re good to go.

  1. We need to forward www.yourdomain.com to yourdomain.com. Add the new record as below:

    1. Type: URL Redirect Record
    2. Host: www
    3. Value: https://yourusername.com
    4. and make it Permanent (301)

  2. Click on ✔️ or Save All Changes and wait for 30-60 minutes for domain propagation to happen.

Troubleshooting

If your domain is parked for free on Namecheap, please remove the following A record and Redirect record from your DNS settings.
